Import from Whitelist
MT-POS will provide an option to Import All PO Items from a whitelist without the need to scan them. Access to this function is based on security permissions.
The recommended business process for using this function, to avoid incorrect deliveries, is to perform a sample scan before receiving the ASN in full. You can scan a few IMEI’s from a shipment in the Receive PO screen. If the scanned IMEI’s match with ASN sent from the Warehouse, they will be received. If scanned IMEI’s are not verified against ASN, a message indicating the same will be presented to you.
