As long as your account is active the system will keep data as follows:

    • Receipt Data: 7 years
    • Inventory, including Orders, Transfers, Adjustments: 3 years
    • Sales Data including Sales Tax and Customer Payments: 3 years 
    • Customer information: 90 days
    • Login logs: 3 years
    • all other logs/data: 90 days


If there are specific regulations that you need to comply with, for any specific data object, please contact us.


Note: If the subscription account is canceled for any reason, all data is permanently deleted after 90 days. If your subscription was canceled by mistake, you can reactivate during that period.  

We strongly recommend to export all relevant sales data that you will need for tax purposes, prior to subscription cancellation.
